EDIT: It has been decided! It's name shall now be Keelute! Keelut is an Inuit God that takes the form of a dog. Add an 'e' to the end of it, and it derives from 'Malmute'.
Yay, more scratch fakemon! Completely from scratch, just like my little badger pokemon.
Anywho, this is the legendary for my fake game 'Celsius'.
(Out of two games, that's 'Fareinheit', which has a magma/fire legendary, and 'Celsius', which has the ice legendary, as you see here.)
Here's the pokedex description for it:

The Totem Pokemon
Height: 7 ft. 8 in.
Weight: 680 lbs.
There is only one of it's species. Legend says that without this pokemon, Winter would never come. The tempature in the air drops when this pokemon is near to near freezing levels, a technique used to keep it's body cool. Its said that the eye-like pattern on it's sides contain centuries of wisdom that only creatures lucky enough to befriend it has been gifted to them. It's mouth cannot move, but, as well as saying it's title as most pokemon do, it can also speak telepathically.

Icy Wind
Aurora Beam
Icicle Spear
Avalanche (Special move.)
Ability:
Fresh Snow (Raises the power of ice type moves.)
Natures Possible:
Brave
Adamant
Lonely

Lol, now looking at it, it's face kinda reminds me of Totoro. xDD
